Originally from Canada, I reside in the United States with my wife Tracy Hayes and two wonderful kids. We live and play in Silicon Valley, California.
I’m passionate about balanced living including play, exercise (spin, swim and yoga) and healthy consumption (fermentation is my current game).
I love hosting our friends and family, cooking (using the sous vide, grill and BBQ), gardening (tomato perfection) and outdoor living (camping, hiking and skiing) and adventure travel.
