Design Thinking is a process for creative problem solving with a human-centered core. Design Thinking encourages design professionals to focus on the people they’re creating for, which leads to better products. In the case of coaching the product is you. I bring the same pillars and methodology of design thinking to coaching.

  1. Gaining deep empathy for ourselves and others – by better understanding our vision, values, leadership strengths, and saboteurs we can identify the best path forward.
  2. Generating ideas to move forward – part of any coaching session is identifying action items. You’ll generate ideas to apply between sessions to progress your goals.
  3. Testing new approaches and measuring the outcome – we’ll reconnect to discuss what worked and didn’t work.
