Over a secure connection, StrengthsFinder presents 177 items to you. Each item consists of a pair of potential self-descriptors, such as &#8220;I read instructions carefully&#8221; versus &#8220;I like to jump right into things.&#8221; You are then asked to choose the descriptor that best describes you, and to identify the extent to which that chosen option is descriptive of you.<\/p>\n<p>The results are below:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Maximizer<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>People who are especially talented in the Maximizer theme focus on strengths as a way to\u00a0stimulate personal and group excellence. They seek to transform something strong into\u00a0something superb.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Communication<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>People who are especially talented in the Communication theme generally find it easy to put\u00a0their thoughts into words. They are good conversationalists and presenters.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Strategic<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>People who are especially talented in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed.\u00a0Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Woo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>People who are especially talented in the Woo theme love the challenge of meeting new\u00a0people and winning them over. They derive satisfaction from breaking the ice and making a\u00a0connection with another person.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Futuristic<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>People who are especially talented in the Futuristic theme are inspired by the future and what\u00a0could be.
